KoningTM rapid blood genomic DNA mini preparation kit is suitable for preparing up to 20 μg genomic DNA from anticoagulated whole blood (EDTA/sodium citrate/heparin), dried blood, bone marrow, lymphocytes and cultured cells. Using unique cell lysis and heme/protein precipitation technology, no need for proteinase K lysis, no heating, no need to activate the silica gel membrane, no need to remove red blood cells, only 15 minutes, rapid extraction of genomic DNA in whole blood. Most of the prepared genomic DNA is ≥30Kb, which is suitable for various applications that require high purity and large molecular weight genomic DNA, such as PCR, Southern blot analysis, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP, etc.
